Coiled tubing units are comprised of several individual
components that when packaged together provides the coiled
tubing service company with a complete system for performing
coiled tubing workover.
NOV Hydra Rig manufactures multiple
designs and configurations of each of these basic building
block components, a variety of which are shown on the following
pages. This allows the coiled tubing service company a great
variety of overall coiled tubing system configurations that can
be specifically customized to fit their particular operation.

DESIGN VERSATILITY
Our units are designed to the customer's specific
requirements for depth, tubing size and environmental
conditions. Standard configurations include trailer,
truck and skid mounted systems for both inland and
offshore operation. Control Cabin options offer
flexibility in size, telescoping models increase
visibility and combination power pack/control cabin skid
units reduce offshore lifts. Reel capacities up to 30,000
ft. are available. Power Packs are designed for easy rig
up and maintenance, with optional hydraulic packages
available for multi-speed injector control. Auxiliary
components such as offshore injector skids, multi port
hose reels and electronic monitoring systems are offered
to meet special requirements.
