National Oilwell Varco Acquires DynaWinch

On 25th July 2012, National Oilwell Varco Inc. purchased Dynawinch Inc, which became part of the ASEP Elmar group of NOV. Dynawinch’s custom truck and winch designs fit well within the ASEP Elmar portfolio of well intervention equipment and join their existing range of pressure control equipment, masts, winches, slickline tools, and tubular products. The Dynawinch product range will continue to be managed from the existing facility in Calgary, Alberta and by the current Dynawinch management structure.
